Quality Assurance Associate (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Training: 2–4 weeks of on-the-job training provided

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality standards within a fast-paced print/mail environment. This role ensures that all client work meets established quality benchmarks through detailed sampling, accurate data entry, and collaboration with the Quality Control (QC) team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and sample client work to ensure quality compliance
• Accurately enter and analyze data in QMS
• Identify errors, trends, and process improvement opportunities
• Escalate issues to management and assist in de-escalating concerns
• Document findings and maintain accurate quality records
• Support audits and client visits

Qualifications:

• Ability to complete a criminal background check and drug screenings successfully
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
