Quality Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) organization specializing in complex, high-reliability products for regulated industries such as Aerospace and Defense. With a strong reputation for quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented professional. lead site-level quality strategy and execution.

As the Quality Manager in this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, you will lead a culture of quality, ensure compliance with industry standards, and partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class manufacturing performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals across engineering, inspection, and compliance functions
• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Set and execute the strategic direction for quality in partnership with site leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  , focusing on defect reduction, process optimization, and cost of quality
• Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Oversee critical quality processes including CAPA, NCMR, ECN, complaint handling, and document control systems
• Lead and participate in internal and external audits
  , ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance
• Manage supplier quality through vendor qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring
• Oversee calibration systems, testing programs, and quality-related training initiatives
• Lead Management Review processes and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Ensure adherence to ESD programs and other compliance requirements within the manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related technical field
• 8–10+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality management within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong experience working in regulated environments (ISO 9001, AS9100 required; ISO 13485 is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Hands‑on knowledge of PCB assembly processes

• Experience with quality auditing
  , regulatory compliance, and interpretation/application of standards
• Strong background in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and quality data analysis
