Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaise and bridge the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulate them to delivery teams, ensuring the right solutioning for the customer.

Manages, monitors and supports the day-to-day test data provisioning requirements in support of integrated and independent release testing. Responsible for meeting with project teams, understanding their test data needs, and enabling them with the knowledge to locate test data. Works closely with internal data teams and external teams such as release management and batch execution teams to perform root‑cause analysis on data discrepancies between systems.

• 5+ years of work experience with Bank of America applications such as BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking, TSY consumer card / small business cards
• 5+ years of application testing and data conditioning experience
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate them effectively to the product team
• Research solutions to increase work efficiency
• Act as liaison between the business and product team
• Enthusiasm to learn new topics

Business Analysis experience: 5–8 years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.

Employment in this role may be conditioned on successful completion of a post‑offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.
