Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role- Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to confirm they meet quality standards, customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.
- Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, multimeters, Go/No-Go gauges, and torque tools.
- Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
- Record inspection results accurately in forms, checklists, spreadsheets, ERP/MRP systems, or electronic quality records.
- Identify, label, document, and segregate nonconforming materials or products.
- Assist with nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective action, root cause review, and continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate quality issues clearly with supervisors, production, engineering, and quality teams.
- Follow safety procedures, quality processes, and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on quality inspection experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or fabrication environments.
- Strong measuring tool experience, especially calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and torque tools.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings, work instructions, and inspection standards.
- Accurate documentation skills for inspection results, quality records, NCRs, and defect findings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch defects, deviations, and nonconforming conditions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP or electronic inspection systems.
Preferred Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous QC inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Technical training, trade school, or quality-related certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and visually inspect parts throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working on a production floor and wearing required PPE.
- Manufacturing quality inspection, incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, or production quality support.
- Experience with inspection forms, quality checklists, NCRs, corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems, spreadsheets, or electronic quality records to document inspection findings.
- Background in regulated or specification-driven production environments where accuracy, traceability, and quality documentation matter.
- Hands-on role supporting product quality and production success.
