QA Automation Engineer

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi‑Fi in Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (On Site)

• Perform functional testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi‑Fi in CPE devices.
• Develop and execute test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct Layer 2 protocol testing to ensure network reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes for quality assurance.

• Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering at Level 2.
• Experience with CPE testing at Level 2.
• Strong understanding of Wi‑Fi testing methodologies.
• Ability to work on‑site in Plano, TX, with immediate availability.
• Mandatory background check clearance.
