Job Overview

Join our team of employee‑owners in North Texas as an Inspector III overseeing TxDOT or similar projects, ensuring daily construction activities meet schedules, contract documents, and plans. This role also includes material testing for concrete and documentation in Site Manager.

• Inspect, observe, document, and verify work by the construction contractor to ensure compliance with project schedule, contract documents, and plans.
• Confirm procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications.
• Apply engineering inspection practices to perform complex mathematical calculations and measurements of completed work.
• Maintain the Inspector’s daily report of assigned activities, contractor labor and equipment, and quantity of material received and verified.
• Perform on‑site material testing and produce as‑constructed sketches as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 years of construction‑related experience.
• All required jurisdictional certificates and state requirements.

• Experience with Site Manager.
• Knowledge of TxDOT specifications.
• ACI field certifications.

• TxAPA Level 1B.
• SB102 certification.
