Hum Cap is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to define and implement the quality strategy across manufacturing sites in North America. You will lead a team of quality engineers, auditors, and inspectors to drive zero-defect performance and ensure compliance with QMS (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
You will own internal/external audits, lead CAPA programs, and collaborate with suppliers to improve COPQ, while championing data-driven improvements and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
