Title:
PMO Quality Lead (Tolling)
Location:
Texas
We are seeking a PMO Quality Lead to drive quality initiatives across tolling programs, ensuring products and services meet established standards for quality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality processes, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Monitor quality metrics, identify risks, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer quality concerns and present quality reports to leadership.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across tolling programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or program-based environments.
- Tolling, transportation, or infrastructure experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, statistical analysis, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
