Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.
Product Quality SpecialistSchedule:
Fully on-site, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Skills:
- Analyze, evaluate, and test various Home Appliance Product Categories' top symptoms and issues, identify root causes and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ, and Factories.
- KPI analysis and monitoring.
- Review VOC/escalations received from the field.
- Additional tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of HA experience w/ in-home service experience & Home appliance product management, development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of product development or management process and experience with home appliance-related field (3-5 2-4years).
- Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and product design.
- Experience with quality analysis, product testing, and validation.
- Proficient w/ Excel, PPT, & computer savvy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
