Responsible for receiving, inspecting, registering, staging, and delivering samples to the beverage laboratory while ensuring compliance with quality systems, testing procedures, and turnaround time requirements. Supports laboratory operations through sample management, package appearance assessments, documentation, inventory support, and routine laboratory cleaning/ maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming product samples according to established procedures.
- Register samples in StarLIMS and perform package appearance evaluations.
- Ensure samples are processed and delivered to the lab within required turnaround times and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, report discrepancies, and support corrective action processes for non-conformances.
- Support laboratory operations through supply distribution, sample disposal, laboratory cleaning, documentation management, preparation of samples for testing, and other duties as assigned by the lab team.
- Participate in all required trainings and continuous improvement activities to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow laboratory quality and safety procedures.
- Ability to accurately document data and maintain records.
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong customer-service orientation for supporting internal stakeholders
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) preferred.
- Some basic lab knowledge preferred.
