Billingsley is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager to own the operational and financial performance of premier multifamily communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will set leasing standards, retention targets, and NOI objectives while building high-trust on-site teams that deliver results day after day.
You will report to the SVP of Multifamily and partner with ownership on key goals, creating succession plans and a leadership bench to sustain growth across the portfolio.
