Job Description

Japanese real estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent / Asset Manager to join our team in Dallas. This full-time role involves managing residential properties and supporting asset management operations, with a strong emphasis on client service and cross-cultural communication. Candidates with prior experience in real estate—either in Japan or the U.S.—will be highly valued.

Plano, TX

Work Hours:

9:00am - 6:00pm, Onsite

Qualifications
  • MUST have fluent Japanese skills and a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and values
  • Practical experience in the real estate industry (Japan or U.S.)
  • Holder of a valid U.S. Realtor license (not required but preferred)
  • Based in Dallas, TX (not required but preferred)
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Valid driver’s license (vehicle use required for property visits and client meetings)
  • Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules and property showings
  • Experience in apartment and property asset management (AM) and property management (PM)

Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized as immediate contributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property showings, respond to client inquiries, and provide bilingual support throughout the leasing or purchase process
  • Manage and maintain residential property portfolios, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection
  • Support asset management operations such as budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis of real estate assets
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property owners to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with market research, property evaluations, and investment analysis
  • Prepare and translate documents, reports, and communications between Japanese and English as needed
  • Handle phone and email correspondence in both Japanese and English
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies
  • Provide flexible support for client meetings, property visits, and ad hoc tasks as required
