As the primary representative of Real Manage, the community association manager (CAM) plays a pivotal role in delivering effective management, guidance, and leadership. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations, you will ensure the provision of professional services and an outstanding customer experience. This role is dedicated to upholding the service level agreement and aligning operations with the company's guiding principles.

• Serving as a professional advisor to the board of directors for each assigned community.
• Acquiring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state and regulatory statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures.
