🔬 R&D Assistant Scientist Plano, TX | $29/hr

📍 Plano, TX | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8–5 CST | 🚫 No travel
Responsibilities- Test dietary fiber, starch/sugars, protein, fat, and moisture
- Prepare and process samples for analysis
- Operate analytical lab equipment and document results in LIMS
- Follow GLP to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- 2 years lab experience (HPLC, GC-MS, or IC a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
