Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour

• Executing all activities in compliance with leading safety protocols.
• Supporting product development and testing of new ingredients and products.
• Assisting with sensory and consumer product research, including test design, execution, programming surveys, and unbiased product evaluation.
• Preparing products for testing, including creating testing plans and timelines, scheduling production, acquiring materials, coordinating sampling, and handling documentation.
• Presenting findings to groups and collaborating on formulas and data templates with management.
• Maintaining lab organization, cleanliness, inventory, and equipment calibration.
• Conducting simple cost analyses on formulations and managing administrative tasks.

• Are a student pursuing Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Are committed to working safely and following protocols.
• Have the ability to execute tasks efficiently in both laboratory and administrative settings.
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
