Top Skills- 5+ years of experience conducting consumer research, emphasizing qualitative techniques: research design, recruiting, interviewing, analysis, reporting
- Proficiency with online survey tools (e.g., dscout, Pollfish, Qualtrics)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with demonstrated technical learning and work in consumer electronics preferred
- Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own analysis and reporting of research findings and insights
- Support the product research team by leading collaboration on defining research objectives and projects
- Synthesize primary, secondary and public research sources to deliver findings
- Collaborate closely with partners (external vendors) and peers to develop effective research plans that result in actionable outputs
- Compare competitor applications and products for strengths, weaknesses, user perspective, and actionable insights
- Evaluate new product concepts for usability issues while testing new features or assessing UX design documents
- 5+ years of experience conducting consumer research, emphasizing qualitative techniques: research design, recruiting, interviewing, online platform usage, analysis, video usage, reporting
- Proficiency with online survey tools (e.g., dscout, Pollfish, Qualtrics)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a demonstrated technical learning and work experience in consumer electronics preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interviewing and soliciting verbal input; experience writing documents that influence stakeholders; strong numerical and data analysis skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or another advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred
- 5+ years of experience is required
