• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated effectively.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables, floors, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down of dining areas before and after service.
• IF REQUIRED - Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work collaboratively with back-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company standards by adhering to safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a bustling environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
