We do NOT pay minimum wage:

• Rookies/Team Members: $10.00-$14.00 (approx.)
• Veterans/Veteran Slicers: $12.00-$16.50 (approx.)
• Captains/Shift Leaders: $13.50-$18.50
• Assistant Coach/Assistant Manager: $14.50-$21.50

Plus tips averaging $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
