Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage department responsibilities including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed well.;
Ensure the Kitchen delivers high-quality, safe food and manages food costs; train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
