RESTAURANT MANAGER - FULL TIME - ONSITE

$55K - $70K per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies.
• Master every position in the restaurant before training others.
• Provide coaching and feedback to grow the team.
• Maintain kitchen operations, ordering & inventory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching skills with effective feedback.
• Organized, deadline-oriented and result-focused.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable in the kitchen.
• Cares about people and builds guest/team relationships.
• Humble and eager to learn.

Competitive Pay
