Andalous Fresh Mediterranean is seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Managerto lead our vibrant dining establishment.

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all staff are trained in food safety, food handling, and customer service standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including shift management, kitchen management, and supervising front-of-house activities to maintain high efficiency and quality.
• Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety regulations.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Control inventory levels through accurate inventory management practices; monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions on food production, food safety management, and hospitality best practices.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased profitability; develop budgets and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across all areas of the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience that encourages repeat business.
• Participate in hiring interviews, staff evaluations, and performance reviews to build a motivated and skilled team.

• Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary processes.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficiency in cash handling and sales reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment through training & development initiatives.
• Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety compliance within a hospitality setting.
• Prior roles involving restaurant management with responsibilities including shift management, staff training, customer service excellence, and managing hospitality teams.
• Strong leadership skills complemented by excellent managerial communication abilities; capable of interviewing candidates and building high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of casual dining operations; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
