Boutique Operations Associate - Legacy West, TX

BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE increases the diversity, complementarity, and effectiveness of our teams. These individuals will be the experts on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and will work closely with the boutique leaders to impart critical business knowledge.

This role will be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. They will support all areas of the Boutique as needed and ultimately impacting the client experience.

About the role:

We are looking for a Boutique Operations Associate who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service

Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience

Uphold an omni-channel mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versa

Co-ownership of all brand image, hygiene standards and visual merchandising requirements.

Make things beautifulby providing the ultimate experience in store Utilizing your organizational and attention to detail skills within multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment  Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively Understanding of, and passion for client experience Excellent communication skills Foreign language skills are preferred but not required3+ years of related experience

Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.  A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred Compensation:  of the total compensation for this position.
