Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. You help shape our member’s shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Ensure club pick up orders are filled by notifying members when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options, ensuring items are selected and packaged according to company policies, and assisting members when they arrive for pickup. You will help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions as needed
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area

Additional duties include:

• Assisting with transportation of items and ensuring availability of carts/flatbeds
• Using cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures
• Maintaining parking lot cleanliness
• Complying with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise per procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
