- As the Retail Coverage Merchandiser, optimize product visibility and drive sales for Primo Brands water in retail stores.
- Conduct store visits, collaborate with store managers, use technology for data collection, and maintain product display standards.
- Provide retail sales merchandising, complete special projects, and build strong relationships with store managers to increase sales for clients.
- Cover a set territory of retailers, ensuring merchandising coverage goals are met through regular store visits.
- Support store managers on retail initiatives such as new product introductions and contests.
- Upsell the retail plan by influencing store decision makers to order product.
- Develop and train store personnel on major objectives such as brand information and shelf standards.
- Build displays (end caps, pallets, hutches/shippers, racks, coolers, and other fixtures) and manage deliveries to stores for assembly.
- Work with technology, including a company-furnished tablet, to collect and report data from store visits.
- Ensure full distribution and display of products, including cleaning, stocking, rotating, and pricing merchandise.
- Conduct audits to verify plan-o-grams and report observations to the Unit Manager.
- Consult with management, meet objectives, and report store-level observations related to client products and customer needs.
- Identify sales opportunities, manage shelf work, and build relationships with store managers.
- Execute the retail territory coverage plan to meet merchandising coverage goals.

- Operate within a defined territory of retailers and maintain merchandising coverage through regular store visits.
- Assist store managers with retail initiatives including new product introductions and contests.
- Influence store decision makers to order product (upsell the retail plan).
- Sell to store personnel on brand objectives, shelf standards, and product information.
- Build in-store displays (end caps, pallets, hutches/shippers, racks, coolers) and manage fixtures.
- Receive large box deliveries and transport items to stores for assembly.
- Collaborate with assigned team principals in the territory and use company technology for data collection.
- Ensure product distribution and display in assigned accounts, including cleaning, stocking, rotating, and pricing.
- Audit data codes and plan-o-grams; report observations to the Unit Manager.
- Engage with management to meet objectives and communicate store-level observations and client needs.
- Advocate for clients by identifying sales opportunities and building relationships with store personnel.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong core competencies: quality commitment, attention to detail, customer service, and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand or walk for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to drive a car for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good vision and ability to operate a telephone and case cutter.
