You’re also resourceful and collaborative – a team player who is savvy about the visual and operational aspects of the role and committed to loss prevention.
A sense of humor is a plus.
The typical day involves building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals, creating the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. You’ll work with an amazing team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.
Qualifications- One- to three years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
Compensation range: $15.00 per hour.
