The Style Advisor delivers personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, advising customers on fit, construction, and overall style. • Complete multi-layered training to develop product knowledge and styling skills.
• Present and educate customers on product fit, construction, and styling recommendations.
• Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively presented and store standards are maintained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong product curiosity.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a collaborative, team-based culture.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
