Position Summary
What you'll do: perform warehouse duties including materials handling, inventory management, customer service, safety compliance, and technology support in accordance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities- Operate forklift following company standards and guidelines, safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise and pallets.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and address improvement opportunities.
- Receive stocks and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow; merchandise and inventory control; complete required paperwork and logs.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials as required, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking and rotating merchandise, handling damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up displays, and monitoring promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Process club pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timely staging in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Inventory management: move and display goods safely, track in-stock levels, control shrinkage, report issues, and use inventory tools properly.
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Technology: identify customers needing help, assist with technology services, and collaborate with others to fix problems; maintain equipment and organize products.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

- 90 days of prior forklift experience with forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
