PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Greeting and engaging Customers throughout the Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk);
Executing Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Accept cash, credit/debit card payments, and gift cards securely, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently in accordance with SOP;
Answer basic product questions and direct Customers to specific store areas or team members when needed
