Assistant Store Manager – Legacy West, Plano, TX

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Legacy West in Plano, TX. As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will drive both sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and physical stores.

• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates and preparing them to actively engage customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage daily store activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines that facilitate easy shopping and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback from all levels to continuously improve business performance.
• Strive for excellence and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10–30lb each) as required.

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
