Part Time Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Legacy West - Plano, TX

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Legacy West – Plano, TX. You will lead a team to provide best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. Your role uses technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including store events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Store Manager.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).

• 1‑year minimum experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, work well under pressure and handle ambiguity.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position involves continuous standing, walking, reaching, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders for at least two consecutive hours.
