- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, or a related field
. - Experience in apparel, retail, wholesale, consumer products, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with product development, sourcing, production, or product lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of product costing, sourcing, purchasing, or production processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point ; experience with PLM or other product management systems is a plus.
- Experience working with retailers, discounters, club stores, or other major retail channels is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.
- Ability to work within a hybrid schedule and maintain a regular in-office presence.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
