Sales Representatives: RCM Services

• Proactively develop, manage, and close new B2B sales opportunities.
• Generate your own leads through outbound prospecting and daily outreach.
• Coordinate meetings and sales calls with Senior Sales Managers and prospects.
• Represent Med Voice with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client communications.
• Promote and sell our Revenue Cycle Management services to healthcare providers.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Med Voice’s evolving service offerings.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative and goal-driven sales team environment.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, OR 4 years total experience with at least 2 years in B2B sales and 2 years as a BDR.
• At least 2 years of experience selling RCM services is required.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho (preferred).
• Motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
