This is not a traditional “Senior Account Manager” role — and that’s on purpose. If you’re early in your career, passionate about the Church, and ready to grow fast, this role was built for you.
- We’re looking for a hungry, faithdriven growth professional who cares deeply about the local church and wants to help some of the largest churches in America take their next step with curriculum and software.
- You don’t need decades of sales experience. You do need grit, curiosity, and the ability to keep going when you hear “no.”
- This is a buildwithus role. You’ll work with large, multisite churches, help shape how we sell and support them, and bring invaluable customer insight back to our product and leadership teams.
Role:
Large churches are evolving. Curriculum alone isn’t enough anymore. Your role is to help church leaders see a bigger picture:
- Curriculum plus software
- Vision plus execution
- Tools that actually support scale and complexity
You’ll help churches move from “using a little” to confidently investing in our full suite of tools — often for the first time at this level.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with some of the largest churches in the country
- Lead growth and expansion conversations with senior pastors and executive leaders
- Run discovery calls, demos, and renewal conversations
- Work closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
- Handle rejection, objections, and long buying cycles with persistence and faith
- Help churches navigate complex buying processes and gain confidence to say “yes”
- Share realworld feedback with Product and Leadership to shape what we build next
- Learn how to run a repeatable sales cycle endtoend
This role carries a monthly quota and requires consistency and resilience. It’s a grind at times — but a deeply meaningful one.
