This is a full‑time, in‑person role with hands‑on coaching and plenty of opportunities to move up quickly.

• Build relationships with customers in a retail setting for AT&T
• Represent products and services on behalf of major national brands
• Handle customer transactions and resolve concerns with a smile
• Track customer interactions and sales performance
• Work directly with mentors and leadership to improve your skillset

• Paid training to get you up to speed fast
• Guaranteed base pay with weekly bonuses based on performance

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) is a bonus, but not a must
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is helpful

• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new people
