Inside Sales, Sales Development Rep/SDR
The Inside Sales Representative is required to schedule a minimum of 3 quality appointments each day.
Appointments are primarily set by calling a list of potential prospects through Hub Spot.
The sales rep should make as many calls as necessary to secure those 3 appointments, which could range from 50 to 150 calls.
A "no matter what it takes" mindset is expected from the Inside Sales Representative.
Calls will be monitored for Quality Assurance to ensure the appointments are qualified.
The Inside Sales Representative is required to attend virtual appointments using Zoom Meeting or MS Teams.
The target is to complete 5 to 15 appointments per week.
Activity AccountabilityThe Inside Sales rep is expected to generate leads, opportunities, and sales in Hub Spot
The Inside Sales Rep is expected to generate enough sales to achieve their monthly sales quota
Inside Sales rep is responsible for daily contact with your Team Lead.
Includes updating leader on activity and sales for the day
