• Ability to meet goals and build new relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend daily office check‑ins for training and mentorship
• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door‑to‑door canvassing
• Present inspection results and roofing solutions to homeowners
• Guide homeowners through the first step of their insurance claim
• Relay customer and job details to operations for coordination and production

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Authorizedto work in the United States
• Abilityto pass a background check
• Comfortableclimbing and inspecting roofs while following safety guidelines
