Job Description

As a Junior Broker, you will prospect for new business and also maintain existing relationships to maintain our 90% client retention rate (yes.... we are that good!). If you are a self-starter, highly motivated, persistent, able to work independently, and are proficient on the telephone you have all the tools you need to be successful.

Additionally, while prior B2B experience is a plus, it is not required. That is because we know that a professional attitude, great customer service and winning negotiating/closing skills are not solely the domain of the college educated. Winners come from all walks of life!

There's the potential to earn $10,000 a month and considerably more! The Junior Broker role is an entry level position, with the goal being to earn a Senior Broker position as quickly as possible.

This position is designed for people that want have a guaranteed pay with the huge potential for growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to speak and correspond with business executives
• Educated four (4) year college preferred but not essential
• Professional and fluent in the business environment
• Proficient selling on the telephone
• Willing to learn a detailed business process
