- 1st year average earnings – $50K–$60K
- $20/hour + lead commissions paid weekly

- Promote our client’s flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location in your assigned store.
- Showcase interactive flooring solutions and demonstrate communication skills.
- Schedule in‑home consultations for residential customers.
- Educate customers about flooring solutions and provide product recommendations.
- Document and report activities accurately, and share best practices.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights and recommendations.
- Present information about flooring solution benefits and services in a compelling manner.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
- Maintain professional interactions and provide support to customers and team members.
- Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging customers.
- Drive sales productivity through high‑quality sales interactions.
- Generate and qualify leads for flooring solution installations.
- Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, including travel for training.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota and goals.
- Maintain customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 12+ months of previous retail selling experience in home improvement, flooring sales, or related field.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
- Warm, self‑motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and meets customer needs.
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation.
- Must have a personal cellphone with a working number for role‑related communication.
- Proficiency with technology, including computers, smartphones, and digital tools.
