Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through product sales, solution delivery channels, and direct client communication.
- Qualify and nurture leads to understand customer needs and timing, then providing solutions that align with our offerings.
- Conduct service demonstrations, explain support features, and provide tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
- Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales, service options, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, plan, and augment project & service delivery team when a solution isn’t readily available.
- Availability to field client requests and direct a solution through internal resources.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, leads, and sales progress.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
- Keep current on trends, product updates, and competitor activity to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and execution.
- Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met particularly with capacity planning, response capabilities, and spare parts.
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on course.
- Communicate with stakeholders and project team members regularly to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and generate client-facing documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and/or other activity tracking platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
