Account Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new clients for our on‑demand pay solution. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in various industries (including QSRs, Retail and Healthcare) and help them solve their financial wellness challenges.

This role offers both a remote and hybrid option. Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX are required to be in‑office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Those residing beyond this radius may be considered for a fully remote arrangement, depending on experience and business needs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand Tapcheck’s customer base
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Tapcheck’s solution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a win‑win outcome for Tapcheck and the client
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive customer satisfaction and retention
What You’ll Bring :
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry targeting companies with 5, employees
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a drive for success
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
