Our client is hiring Investment Counselors to support an established roster of high-net-worth clients. Since 1995, the firm has built a client-first, fee-only investment model with a clear separation between sales and client service—so you can do the work you were trained to do, without the pressure to sell.
The RoleAs an Investment Counselor
, you’ll be the primary relationship manager for U.S.
-based private clients, partnering with internal portfolio managers, research teams, client service associates, and a dedicated sales organization to deliver an exceptional client experience.
You’ll receive extensive training in capital markets and the firm’s proprietary investment philosophy, plus ongoing mentorship from leaders who’ve been in the role themselves.
What You’ll Do- Manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Educate clients on portfolio strategy, investments, and market activity
- Conduct proactive quarterly client reviews focused on long-term goals
- Grow your client roster over time—with support from an internal sales team
- 1+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain shortly after hire; sponsorship available)
- Consultative, client-first mindset with strong communication skills
