Opportunity
We are seeking a Specialty Seller to help accelerate growth across our Salesforce and Mule Soft offerings in North America. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong foundation in Salesforce‑related sales who is ready to deepen platform expertise, contribute to complex pursuits, and collaborate closely with solution and delivery leaders.
In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, support strategic accounts, and guide customers through Salesforce‑powered transformation initiatives—from initial discovery to deal close and expansion.
What You’ll Do- Drive and support sales efforts for Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics
, and integration services - Contribute to complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing
- Partner with Salesforce solution architects, delivery leaders, and account teams to design customer‑centric solutions
- Support account planning, territory strategies, and pipeline growth initiatives
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders
- Collaborate with Salesforce partner teams and internal stakeholders on joint go‑to‑market efforts
- Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales or business development
- Experience selling Salesforce solutions or Salesforce‑based consulting services
- Proven ability to contribute to multi‑stakeholder, solution‑oriented sales cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Exposure to Mule Soft or integration‑led solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid‑market Salesforce implementations
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, growth‑oriented mindset with interest in expanding Salesforce sales leadership responsibilities
