Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative – Plano, Texas – Onsite. Provides product and service information to clients and prospects, handles cancellations and renewals, conducts consultative sales via inbound/outbound calls and emails, prospects potential customers, maintains an average of 50‑60 inbound calls per day, and meets campaign conversion requirements.

• Provide product and service information to clients and potential clients via phone, email, and inbound calls.
• Handle cancellations and renewals for 3‑year home warranty products.
• Conduct consultative sales for incoming and outbound calls and emails directly to the consumer.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Maintain a minimum average of 50‑60 inbound calls per day and meet campaign conversion requirements.

• 1‑2 years of sales experience selling products or services over the phone or face‑to‑face, within a call center or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a multi‑step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Previous experience selling home warranty or auto warranty is a plus.

Starting pay rate: $15.38/hr total compensation potential annually: $60,000‑$150,000. Commission‑based compensation plan with bonuses. 96% coverage of health, dental, vision benefits.
