You won’t just sell projects—you’ll build and grow a portfolio of high-end residential clients
, owning the full lifecycle from initial design through long-term estate care.
We are looking for a proven business developer who can generate $2M+ in annual revenue while becoming the trusted advisor for luxury homeowners across Dallas.
What You’ll OwnDrive Revenue
- Deliver $2M+ annually across Design Build and Residential Maintenance
- Generate new business through self-sourced relationships and company opportunities
- Convert high-value prospects into long-term Southern Botanical clients
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth homeowners, estate managers, and influencers
- Create referral partnerships with pool builders, architects, and luxury home professionals
- Position Southern Botanical as the go-to partner for complete property care
- Lead consultations focused on lifestyle, aesthetics, and long-term property goals
- Present custom design solutions and recurring maintenance programs
- Educate clients on the value of irrigation, plant health, enhancements, and tree care
- Transition Design Build clients into recurring maintenance relationships
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, upgrades, and specialty services
- Conduct proactive client reviews to expand and retain accounts over time
- Work closely with production teams to deliver exceptional results
- Ensure a seamless client experience from proposal through execution
- Uphold The Green Standard in every interaction
Most sales roles stop at the install.
This one doesn’t.
You’ll have the ability to:
- Build a book of business, not just a pipeline
- Generate recurring revenue from every client
- Expand accounts year over year through enhancements and services
- Represent a brand known for excellence in the Dallas luxury market
- 5+ years in landscape, outdoor living, or related industry (residential preferred)
- Proven success in consultative sales (high-end clients strongly preferred)
- Ability to build trust quickly and manage long-term relationships
- Experience selling both projects and recurring services (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-through
- $2M+ in annual revenue
- A growing portfolio of loyal, long-term clients
- Consistent conversion of projects into maintenance contracts
- Ongoing account expansion through enhancements and specialty services
- Base salary + uncapped commission (top performers exceed expectations)
