Client Manager Associate – Premier
We seek an individual passionate about delivering the best client experience, ready to collaborate cross–functionally, and committed to senior standards of service and integrity.
Responsibilities- Assume overall responsibility for managing clients within the 2–99 life segment, achieving client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and brokers/consultants.
- Work closely with the sales team on account‑management strategies and positioning.
- Strategically manage the client lifecycle to deliver solutions that meet their benefit needs.
- Balance client and business interests while driving yearly financial growth.
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in account management or sales.
- Group insurance experience a plus.
- Strong customer service acumen.
- Demonstrated success working with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients.
- Data‑analytical skills to influence renewal decisions and deploy appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency with key technology platforms:
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), Tableau, Salesforce. - Ability to adapt to virtual and in‑person environments and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Deep knowledge of industry products (Worksite, LTD, dental, absence management, online enrollment, experience rating, dental network analysis).
- Consultative selling, negotiation, influence and persuasion skills.
- Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic and critical thinking, basic math skills.
- Open to change and new ways of working, including executing new strategies to maximize the broker base.
- Sound judgment, conflict resolution, confidence, optimism, and positive attitude.
- Advanced organizational and time‑management skills.
Must achieve the required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education requirements.
Location & TravelPrimary location:
Dallas/Fort Worth, TX office. 1 day in office per week. Up to 25% travel within the U.S.
Salary Range: $45,570.00 – $74,865.00 (base pay). Additional compensation may be available through annual, sales, or other incentive plans.
