Sales Development Rep/SDR, Inside Sales
Corner Stone Professional Placement has partnered with a growing organization seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee a high-activity inside sales team focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and appointment setting.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on sales leader who knows how to balance accountability with motivation. The right person will be comfortable coaching outbound sales reps, driving KPIs, improving performance, and creating a positive, energetic office culture.
This is not a passive management role - we’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and staying closely connected to day‑to‑day sales activity.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives
- Monitor outbound activity, KPIs, and pipeline performance
- Conduct team meetings, one‑on‑ones, and performance coaching sessions
- Support reps with prospecting strategy, objection handling, and follow‑up process
- Drive accountability around daily activity metrics and sales goals
- Partner closely with sales leadership and internal teams
- Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
- Help build and maintain a high‑energy, team‑oriented sales culture
- Prior experience leading outbound sales or SDR teams
- Strong coaching and accountability mindset
- Experience working in high‑volume sales or call environments
- Comfortable managing KPIs, activity metrics, and performance expectations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability
- CRM experience preferred
- Prior inside sales, SDR, or outbound sales experience strongly preferred

Pay: $90,000-$110,000 Base + Bonus Potential
