Location: Plano, TX, 75093.

About the Opportunity:
Logistify is hiring driven, competitive individuals looking to build a high-income career in freight transportation sales.
This role is designed as a fast-track program. You will start as a Logistics Sales Coordinator and within 60 days, be promoted into a Business Development Representative role based on performance.

- Starting salary of $42,000 annually
- Uncapped Commission starting at 40% - with opportunity up to 50%

- Quote, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates.
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure service reliability.
- Manage shipment data and updates in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-level service.
- Assist with billing and account management.
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales or business experience preferred.
