Job Description
In this role, you'll actively pursue new business, nurture valuable client partnerships, and position the resort as the premier destination for unforgettable corporate and incentive experiences within the All-Inclusive segment.
This role is for you if you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are passionate about driving group revenue through creative sales strategies for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events.
- You proactively seek out new business opportunities and excel in networking at trade shows, industry events, and FAM trips.
- You are detail-oriented and skilled at managing the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract execution and proposal customization.
- You take pride in maintaining valuable partnerships with corporate planners, agencies, and incentive houses, and are confident conducting site inspections and client presentations.
- 3–5+ years of experience in MICE or group sales
- Expertise in incentive travel and corporate events
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% with a valid passport
- Knowledge of the All Inclusive Industry
- Proactively solicit new business through prospecting, trade shows, industry events, and FAM trips
- Manage RFP process from initial inquiry through contract execution
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client objectives
- Track sales activities in CRM system
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate planners, third-party agencies, and incentive houses
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations Performance & Revenue Achievement
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
