Location – Plano, Texas
What You’ll Do for Us- Lead collaborative business planning with strategic goals to develop and execute annual business plans, key partnership initiatives, and category programs that accurately forecast sales volume, revenue, and expenses.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to define needs, discuss issues, uncover opportunities, and develop viable solutions; reinforce strategies linked to business and operational goals.
- Continuously assess account business plans, evaluating attainment of goals, success of key initiatives, major actions, support needed, and new product recommendations.
- Build relationships with all key decision makers, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with local bottling partners, senior buyers, outlet managers, and distributors to build sales capability and facilitate stewardship discussions.
- Develop direct supply‑chain strategy and activate initiatives to drive efficiencies across Coca‑Cola North America product supply and food‑service distributor operations.
- Stay abreast of competitive activities in the relevant geographies and communicate appropriate information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional representatives to deliver full depth and breadth of resources, yielding mutual benefits.
- Share and discuss sales vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business‑building ideas that drive growth.
- Gather and analyze customer‑specific data (e.g., annual reports, 10‑K, store sales, store layout, checkout average, service history, traffic) to understand the current economics and overall business state.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of successful sales account‑management experience.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of securing sales across various offerings, working with multiple purchasing tiers.
- Ability to identify customer needs through feedback and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision.

Pay Range: 119,000 USD – 145,800 USD (United States of America)
Annual Incentive Reference Value: 15%
