Our residential account executives work outdoors, door‑to‑door selling Optimum products: high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies.
They build rapport, ask the right questions, and match customers with customized solutions that fit their needs and lifestyles.
To support rapid success, we provide:

- Hands‑on training with professional feedback from peers and supervisors

Minimum requirements for residential account executives:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record (unless using mass transit in certain regions)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing in state of residence
- Ability to work assigned schedule
- Ability to work outdoors
- Maintain performance standards after training

Field uniforms provided in select states. Where uniforms are not provided, approved personal clothing is allowed. Flexible schedule contingent upon meeting program requirements.
CompensationPay range: $90,000.00 – $ per year (includes base plus estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at hire: $40,000 plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed; earning potential varies by performance.
